Hello, my name is Kimberley, and I am the founder of Light Star Healing® method that has evolved and continues to evolve with over 30 years of studying, practicing and teaching conscious awareness and energy healing. My focus is on healing individuals as a whole, including mind, emotion, body and spirit, to bring about a balanced state of wellbeing on all levels.
I became a certified Quantum Touch Practitioner to expand my healing abilities that have always come organically to me and over time working with energy healing my awareness and insights grew beyond my current training. This led me to seek further understanding and instruction under the tutelage of Dr. G. Ball, who is a profound energy healer and medical intuitive, she trained with her tutor and mentor, a Peruvian Shaman. We all have the ability to heal ourselves and others. If we choose to develop our inherent ability to do so, all healing is self-healing, and sometimes we just need some help to restore wellbeing.
As an energy healing practitioner, I use multiple techniques in energy awareness and spiritual insight to facilitate healing either in person or distant sessions, in clearing stagnant energy or blocks that have occurred due to illness, injury or stress. I focus on going beyond the physical to identify the root cause in working on all levels of being.
For those new to distant healing, please see blog post “Remote Energy Healing.”
Based on a 2016 scientific research study stating that the human body has up to 70 trillion cells including bacteria cells. Given that each cell has intelligence, that’s an amazing amount of knowledge held within the physical body’s natural ability to function and heal.
Going beyond the physical body to the power of the mind, the influence of our emotions and the unlimited source of our spirit, the healing potential is unlimited.
I am happy to see energy work being validated by science. Recently there are several hospitals and universities across the country that are now offering integrative programs that include energy healing. I’m hopeful that in the near future that integrative programs will be available at all conventional medical facilities and will become the standard in health care.
In Gratitude,
