Nature’s majestic beauty is all around us. The seen and the unseen energies of our beautiful planet and the Universe to interconnect all of life. It seems so many people have become disconnected from their inner knowingness, in part from the interference and overstimulation of modern life. Perhaps this is why we see so much disregard for nature and each other.
Sharing a few photos from my garden and nature’s beauty that is all around even in our own backyards. In this photo of new life emerging from a twig, the energy is unseen in creating life in what would appear to be a dried twig. The miraculous ability of life to regenerate. We too hold the same unseen energy within us that allows healing to take place at any moment. Balance and harmony are part of our natural state of being.

Dragonfly is near and dear to me as one of my messengers. Years ago, shortly after my mom transitioned home, I had an amazing experience one afternoon sitting on my back porch. Earlier that day, I had pinned her dragonfly brooch. I was feeling heavy with grief and went outside to talk to her. At first, I was far away in my thoughts and didn’t notice across the yard—never before or since over the years—have I seen such a large group of dragonflies together. We have dragonflies, but not like this. I don’t know how many there were; I guess at least 30 were flying in a large circle (no beginning and no end-eternal life)! I was overwhelmed with love and joy, knowing my mom was with me. During times of grief, it can be difficult, even for those of us who are energy-aware to receive communication when our hearts are heavy. And this communication was well needed and received. I’m sure many of you have had special messages from your loved ones through nature too.

Animals and nature are great teachers, showing us how to live in the moment, instinctively, trusting the flow of life. I love spending time with my dogs in nature, observing their interactions with the energies of the environment. They have gifted me by leading me to a variety of bird feathers on the ground and, with their extraordinary sense of smell, digging up rocks (recently gifted me with a heart shaped rock) and quartz crystals that they will bring to me—the best gifts of all! Watching them play, investigate and bask in the sun. Witnessing them being fully present in the moment— in balance and harmony— just like nature. The wonderful sentient beings that they are are pure love. All animals are a blessing to humanity.

The trees are starting to change colour from green to vibrant red, orange, and yellow, and the temperature is cooling off. The refreshing autumn air is here. I enjoy watching the leaves beautifully drift to the ground with no fear or hesitation of letting go and moving into the next cycle. Providing cover to the earth has many purposes, a couple of which are to provide beneficial nutrients to the soil and to provide bedding for frogs to hibernate during the winter. Listening to the birds singing and communicating with one another, tapping of woodpecker like a beat of a drum in harmony with the song. Breathing in the nourishing fresh air, feeling the warmth of the sun on my face and the earth’s vibrations move up from my feet through my body. All my senses are heightened, and I am fully immersed in all the magic and majestic energy of our amazing Universe. This brings me great joy.
However, it saddens me to see the level of dis-harmony the world is currently experiencing (and has for centuries), but now more than ever. It affects so many people, dulling their senses due to the heavy, low, fearful energy that is causing tremendous suffering around the world. Just like the twig’s ability to regenerate new life, we too can assist in generating a higher way of being for ourselves and the planet. Changing the course of this low-level energy frequency to create and restore love, peace, harmony, and balance. Our beautiful world and humanity were created out of LOVE (the highest energy of all). It is our birthright as divine souls to live in love and peace. Period. All souls natural state of being is beyond the limited five senses-if one chooses to recognize and foster our innate energetic nature and relationship to all. Will you join me in sending healing love to our mother earth and all her inhabitants? Simply by setting the intention of softening and expanding the heart, radiating outward for healing. This increases the light and assists in shifting the low/fear energy into love, which is greatly needed right now.
